A peaceful woodland walk to a hidden waterfall in Lochwinnoch.

I set off from Lochwinnoch train station and made my way through the quiet paths leading to Calder Mill Waterfall. The walk was gentle and calming, with the sound of nature all around as I followed the route towards the falls. The waterfall itself appeared suddenly, tucked away close to the village yet feeling like a hidden gem. Its roar filled the air, making the trek worthwhile and giving the walk a dramatic ending to an otherwise peaceful route. This is a lovely spot for anyone who enjoys a mix of woodland trails, flowing water, and the soothing atmosphere of the Scottish countryside.
